The European  Sites of Conscience Network  seeks to  foster dialogue on issues of discrimination, migration, and xenophobia in Europe today. Se pode haver bases fisiológicas para a “ausência de consciência”,
haverá também bases fisiológicas para a “presença de consciência” e para as manifestações de coragem e altruísmo?
Pode-se reforçar ou “ensinar a consciência”?
